Placement Pledge Billing Policy

Monthly payments begin only after a ‘7 block’ listing is achieved. The ‘7 block’ is described as any one of the top 7 Google+ Local (local map results) listings. If this listing ever drops out of the ‘7 block’, you don't pay for that month, However; that month is not counted toward the 12 billable months. however if the listing remains in the top 7, the month is still considered a billable month. Whether a month is billable will be determined by running the BrightLocal Local Search Rank Checker for the applicable key phrases conducted on the 15th of each calendar month beginning the month after your signup date. If the month is billable, then the appropriate payment will be due and payable on the 20th of that month. A 12 billable month commitment is required, and will begin when the first guaranteed result is achieved. The 12 billable month period is not meant to be a consecutive period but can be a consecutive period. After the 12 months has been satisfied, the clients contract has been fulfilled. After 24 months after the first billable month, client may terminate the contract regardless of whether there have been 12 billable months under the contract. After any four consecutive months without a top ‘7 block’ listing, Client has the right to terminate the contract at client’s leisure.
